This is a duplex house, which means it is like an apartment. It has two sides unit A and unit B. Both sides are exactly the same, just flipped. So on the first floor, they both have a kitchen, living room, laundry room, room for storage, and a half bath. Now on the second floor, they also both have four bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bathroom and closet.
